“Emperor of Demise Arrives! (It Was the Final Episode Before We Knew It)”

The cloudy day begins like any other but Tohru’s sense of doubt begins to plague her with regards to spending her life with Kobayashi. Before she realizes it, her father appears to take her back to their world and Kobayashi struggles with the idea of Tohru never coming back. 

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid – Episode 12

“Tohru and Kobayashi’s Impactful Meeting (We’re Raising the Bar on Ourselves)”

While Tohru prepares a special omurice for dinner, Kobayashi daydreams about the day she first met Tohru. Later, Tohru tells Kobayashi about a human bandit she had met while in the dragon world, who influenced her to choose her own freedom and become a maid. 

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid – Episode 11

“Year End, New Year! (No Comiket Bit This Time)”

Tohru plays the lottery at the Shopping District and comes away with a kotatsu that sees her family lazing under it through the final days of the year. Later, Kanna is invited by Saikawa to share in their first shrine visit and Tohru hosts everyone for a New Year’s party.

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid – Episode 10

“Troupe Dragon, On Stage! (They Had A Troupe Name, Huh)”

After being asked to host the annual Christmas show, Tohru and the others decide to put on the play ‘The Little Match Girl’. Feeling the story isn’t interesting enough to stand alone, the dragons take some creative liberties with the script. What results is an over-the-top story involving magical girls and demon lords.

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid – Episode 9

“Sports Festival! (There’s No Twist Or Anything)”

It’s Kanna’s sports festival, but when Kobayashi is too busy at work to come Kanna becomes sad. Kobayashi wonders why Kanna insists, since she isn’t even her parent, but Tohru explains that Kanna views Kobayashi as a mother. As the day of the sports festival arrives, Kobayashi must decide what is more significant in her life — work or ‘family.’ 

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid – Episode 8

“New Dragon, Elma! (She’s Finally Appearing, Huh?)”

Kobayashi and Tohru compete in an at home version of Iron Chef to determine who can make the better bento for Kanna’s school field trip. Later a new dragon, Elma, emerges as Tohru’s bitter rival who has come to drag Tohru back to their world. After becoming stuck in the human world, Elma opts to secure a position at Kobayashi’s company which spurs jealousy from Tohru.

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid – Episode 7

“Summer’s Staples! (The Fanservice Episode, Frankly)”

Kobayashi takes Tohru and Kanna to the beach so they can make the most of the summer season. Tohru considers what a ‘normal’ life is and talks to Kobayashi about her family. Later they cover for Takiya at Comiket when two of his partners fail to show up where Tohru is amazed and inpsired by the huge turnout.

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid – Episode 6

“Home Visit! (And Homes Not Visited)”

While Kanna attends a play date at Riko’s house, Kobayashi and Tohru tag along to meet Georgie, Riko’s ‘maid.’ Naturally, Kobayashi and Georgie instantly bond over their maid obsession, leading to Torhu feeling left out. Later, the show focuses on Lucoa and Fafnir and how they are getting on in the human world. The question to be answered in this episode is: “who knows what you’ll summon when you cast a magic net?”

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid – Episode 5

“Tohru’s Real World Lessons! (She thinks she understands it already.)”

Tohru decides to spy on Miss Kobayashi to see what she does at work all day where she witnesses how hardworking and loyal Kobayashi is to her co-workers. Tohru later runs into Fafnir, who has decided to dwell among the humans for awhile. Casting her reservations aside, Tohru vows to help Fafnir find the perfect place to live.

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid – episode 4

“Kanna Goes to School! (Not That She Needs To)”

Noticing Kanna staring longingly at passing students, Kobayashi and Tohru make arrangements for her to attend school, which includes buying supplies. On her first day of class, Kanna manages to make some friends, including classmate Riko Saikawa. Later, Riko impulsively challenges some park-hogging delinquents to a game of dodgeball. After Tohru and the other dragons wipe the floor with them, they decide to go against each other in a no-holds-barred battle.
